\nThis Sydney pub is between the Sydney CBD and the University precinct and its clientel reflect this. Newly renovated and recarpeted the furnishings are a bit tired. There’s a small beer garden out the back.<\/p>\n
There’s a mainly local office workers at this Sydney Pub. There is a room down stairs with a small second bar. However it leaks in the rain and a little stream runs down the middle of the floor. The vinyl floor is badly damaged and ripped and poses a safety hazard. The kitchen has been finished and should soon be leased to a catering operator.
