Like many things in Balmain this pub is a little posh, gentrified. Large bi-fold window let in plenty of light and fresh air. The stools in the main bar are cushioned and some come with a back rest. There are trestle tables that seat eight people and a few smaller round tables. It has a slight Irish feel. The wine bar is a little more salubrious with arm chairs and leather sofas. There are also some padded bar stools and trestles. The wine bar opens up into a bright high roofed dining area, called the Garden Room, with hanging lattices garden\u00a0giving it an outdoors feel. There is also booth seating in this dining area.\u00a0It has standard pub fare, cheese platters, with a few upmarket dishes and a kids menu. The Garden Room and Wine Bar can be booked for functions.<\/p>\n

There’s live music and dancing on Friday and Saturday nights. This is normally Solo acts or duets.<\/p>\n
